Welcome to the MMD4D community!

My name is Mira Slavova and I have a strong interest in the design of mobile markets for the developing country context.

My background is in Economics and Management Studies (OR and IS). I hold a PhD from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge where I worked on understanding information asymmetries in Internet auctions and bidding behaviour. My IS background includes the study of mobile information use within the context of routine productive activities. Recently I worked with the International Trade Center (UNCTAD-WTO) on the project “Trade at Hand for Liberia’s Market Women”.
